In my role as a Talent Attraction Partner, I'm the first point of contact for many individuals looking to join our team. My job is to guide them through the entire application process, making sure they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. What I truly cherish about this role is the opportunity to be supportive, to answer questions, and to help people feel at ease with both me and the company. It’s incredibly rewarding when I can connect talented individuals with PALFINGER, especially when I sense we share similar values.
The most meaningful part of my work comes from the positive feedback I receive. When applicants express their satisfaction and gratitude, it reinforces the value of my contribution. Working at PALFINGER has been a wonderful surprise in many ways. I grew up knowing the name, but I was genuinely amazed by how international and diverse the company truly is.
