Elisabeth's connection to PALFINGER began with an internship in 2010, leading to her current role driving data-driven decisions."It’s been a rewarding six years since I joined PALFINGER in November 2019. In my roles as Executive Assistant to the SVP & Strategic Communication and Intercultural Affairs Advisor PLM&E to Andreas Hille, Senior VP of Global Function Product Line Management & Engineering, I've found myself at the heart of a dynamic environment. My roles center on enabling effective communication and collaboration across our global PLM & Engineering organization. I take on the role as a communication hub, connecting teams, aligning stakeholders, and translating complex engineering topics across cultures. This includes supporting our global teams in building shared understanding and effective collaboration.
This year, a new challenge has emerged: to actively seek out and highlight more of our success stories. It’s about fostering an environment where potential is recognized and nurtured. I believe in continuously evolving, both in my career and personally. This journey requires a keen sense of stakeholder management and a solutions-oriented mindset with and the ability to understand and integrate diverse perspectives.
Working at PALFINGER has been a journey of discovery. I was initially surprised by the immense potential within our engineering teams, having not worked with engineers before. I find my role meaningful because I still have the capacity to develop myself. I connect people, topics, and perspectives globally to enable collaboration and shared understanding — particularly in intercultural and cross-functional contexts. My goal is to support our engineering teams by translating complexity into clear communication and by creating structures that enable impact, visibility, and meaningful collaboration."
