During this program, you will gain practical experience across various departments such as Administration, Marketing, and IT. With the support of experienced mentors, you'll have the opportunity to grow with confidence and develop personally through teamwork, responsibility, and effective communication. This hands-on experience represents your first step toward a potential future at PALFINGER - whether as an apprentice or a full-time employee.
