Patricia has been with PALFINGER for about two years and five months now, and it's been a really rewarding experience."I've been with PALFINGER for about two years and five months now, and it's been a really rewarding experience. Originally from Brazil, I'm currently working as a Process Production Expert in the COE Fabrication department. My role is all about making sure our suppliers have a clear understanding of our production processes. I collect information from our systems and work closely with the fabrication team to gather everything needed, then present it to our suppliers in a clear and structured way so they don't have to start from scratch. I also ensure our technical documents are up-to-date, while addressing any questions they might have.
What I truly enjoy about my job is the production itself. The people here are incredibly nice and always willing to help explain things, which has been a huge part of my growth. I'm continuously learning to navigate different cultures and developing my communication skills to connect with them more effectively. It's been a journey of adjustment, but one that is broadening my perspective immensely. This experience of adapting and improving my communication to work with diverse teams has been one of the most valuable parts of my professional growth here.
I find my work meaningful because I see the potential for growth and the opportunity to make a real difference. PALFINGER's technology is truly impressive. I'm very proud of it, and I believe it's among the best in Europe. What pleasantly surprised me was the people. I initially thought it might be challenging to connect with colleagues, but I've found that people here genuinely love to talk about their work. The team culture is open, full of knowledge, and very cooperative. It’s a place where you can really learn and contribute."
