Sebastian, a decade-long PALFINGER team member, embodies the spirit of dedication and craftsmanship."For the past ten years, PALFINGER has been my professional home, and it's a place where I've found genuine satisfaction and purpose. As a Welding Technician in CCF Production, my days are filled with a variety of tasks, from component inspection and welding tests to liaising with TÜV-Austria and contributing to adult education programs. What truly makes my work meaningful is the sense of accomplishment when everything goes well, especially when working alongside my colleagues. There's a strong camaraderie here, and I'm proud to be part of a team that collaborates effectively.
I find that my role allows me to constantly develop my skills and take on new responsibilities. I'm particularly proud of my involvement in welding the components of the cranes themselves. It’s a tangible connection to the quality and engineering that PALFINGER is known for. This sense of ownership and contribution is deeply rewarding. I also value the opportunities to grow within the company, whether it's through learning new techniques or taking on more responsibility, like welding supervision in MCC. This aspect of my work is particularly enjoyable because it allows me to contribute at a higher level.
