"I joined PALFINGER in 2019, and since then, I've had the opportunity to help build the foundation for the brand's growth in Vietnam. As a Senior Key Account Manager, I work closely with our partners and the local market, providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to deliver high-quality lifting solutions to customers.
What motivates me most is the opportunity to make a lasting impact. Vietnam is a fast-growing market with enormous potential, and I'm proud to play a part in establishing PALFINGER's presence here. Building strong partnerships and creating new opportunities for long-term success makes my work especially meaningful.
For me, Reach Beyond means always looking ahead and investing in continuous growth. I don't believe growth has to come from big leaps. Small, consistent improvements every day can lead to meaningful results over time. By taking ownership of new projects, developing my business development skills, and constantly challenging myself to learn, I try to make sure I'm always prepared for the next opportunity.
