"I've been with PALFINGER for the past 17 years, and I've had the opportunity to grow together with the company. As a Lead Production Operator, my role is to keep the production line on track, support the team, solve problems quickly, and make sure every build meets our high standards for quality.
What keeps me motivated is seeing tangible results every day. When a completed batch passes inspection and is ready to be delivered to the customer, I feel a sense of satisfaction knowing that the whole team has played a part in making it happen. For me, every finished product represents our commitment to quality and reliability.
Reach Up means continuously improving myself and the way we work. I'm always looking for opportunities to develop my technical knowledge in hooklift assembly and take on greater responsibility on the shop floor. Whether it's supporting new operators during onboarding, sharing ideas to improve the assembly flow, or helping maintain our standards for quality, safety, and delivery, I believe there is always an opportunity to learn and do better.
I also believe in Creating What's Next through practical improvements. Sometimes, small changes can make a big difference. Whether it's simplifying the way we pick parts, improving tool placement, or optimizing workstation layouts, I enjoy looking for ways to make everyday work more efficient and easier for the whole team.
After nearly two decades at PALFINGER, what stands out most to me is the teamwork. The culture here is supportive and down-to-earth, and everyone works together toward the same goal. It's an environment where people are encouraged to help one another and keep improving every day.
I'm also proud knowing that every product leaving our factory carries the strength of the PALFINGER brand and delivers real value to customers around the world.
