Assistance for job planning
The Job Planner calculates the stability and the working area, taking into account any desired stabilizer position and the load to be moved. In this way, it supports the fleet manager in planning difficult work processes and, by comparing several cranes at the same time, helps to determine which of them is suitable for the application at hand.
Error and warning alerts

Error messages and warnings delivered in near real-time enable fast, proper problem resolution. Information is provided for certain errors so that you can find a solution yourself.
Service and maintenance planning
The basis for better service and maintenance planning is the collection of device data. The time remaining until the next service, the contact details of the service partner and all documents relating to the PALFINGER device are compiled and the service and maintenance work carried out is documented.

PALDESK - your access to the fleet monitor
1. Request registration
Your PALFINGER service partner will register the PALFINGER products that you use in advance and e-mail you a link containing an invitation. You will need to provide the serial number, device code and company details.
For loader cranes you can also register directly with PALDESK.
2. Activate access
After registration by your service partner, you will receive an e-mail with an activation link. Confirm your registration by clicking on the link.
3. Let's get started
After confirming your registration, you can start right away. Depending on your selected CONNECTED package, you can now access the available telematics services.
