With the EMEA Sales and Service conference 2026, PALFINGER set key priorities for its strategic direction in Salzburg last week and strengthened collaboration within its international partner network. The event brought together around 250 participants from across 42 countries in the region and offered practical insights into current market requirements as well as future product and service developments.

Under the motto “Reach Higher Together” and in line with the Strategy 2030+, the conference focused on current market developments and the resulting opportunities for the company and its partners. “In a demanding environment, a strong network is crucial to stay close to customers and develop targeted solutions. The Sales and Service Conference provides the ideal framework for that. It brings together different perspectives, aligns on shared priorities, and strengthens our understanding of market requirements,” says Andreas Klauser, CEO of PALFINGER.

Strategic outlook and key areas for action

The conference began with a symposium and presentations on current business developments, trends in service and aftersales, marketing initiatives and product developments. In line with PALFINGER’s three strategic directions – Lifting Customer Value, Balanced Profitable Growth and Execution Excellence – the focus was on further increasing customer value, preparing the network for future growth and continuously improving operational excellence across the entire company.

Innovation in action

Participants gained exclusive insights into upcoming innovations and further developments in the product portfolio and experienced PALFINGER solutions in live operation at the Action Park – including concrete applications across various industries. In addition, interactive breakout sessions provided space for in-depth discussions alongside the thematic focus areas, networking within the region as well as the recognition of long-standing partnerships and shared successes also played a central role.

A strong network for the future

By combining dialogue, product insights, and hands-on formats, the event demonstrated how PALFINGER is preparing the next steps toward sustainable growth together with its partners. “In sales and service, it is crucial to understand the requirements of our markets in detail and to translate them into solutions together with our partners. The conference showed how important it is to have a direct view of customer needs, applications, and regional market conditions. This is exactly where the key inputs for strengthening our network in EMEA come from,” concludes Bernd Winderle, VP Sales & Service EMEA at PALFINGER.
