PALFINGER has invested around EUR 20 million to further strengthen its presence in Spain and Portugal. As PALFINGER Ibérica celebrates its tenth anniversary, the new Sales & Service Hub marks the next chapter in the company’s development. It enhances customer proximity and creates the foundation for further profitable growth in the Iberian market.
PALFINGER today officially opened its new Sales & Service Hub in Madrid. Covering 22,000 m², the facility brings sales, service, mounting, logistics and spare parts operations together at a single location. Spain and Portugal are strategically important markets for PALFINGER within EMEA. With the new hub, the company is expanding its operational footprint and reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Iberian market.
Expanding Capacity in the Iberian Market
The new hub increases the number of mounting lines from 10 to 16, enabling higher output and greater flexibility to meet market demand. The consolidated setup also shortens coordination paths and provides direct access to commercial, technical and service know-how. It also incorporates renewable energy systems, energy-efficient windows, intelligent lighting and automated climate control. These measures optimize energy consumption and reduce the building’s environmental footprint.

Sales, Service and Mounting at One Location
Held under the motto “Building the Future Together”, the opening highlighted the close cooperation between PALFINGER, its customers, partners and employees and honored the tenth anniversary of PALFINGER Ibérica.

The integrated setup at the Madrid hub brings key functions together and expands our mounting capacity, supporting collaboration across teams and enabling more efficient processes.
