The position is based in Kristiansund.

Are you technically skilled and enjoy working hands-on with equipment? As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation.

Your Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment according to technical specifications, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety requirements
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs, identifying faults and implementing effective solutions to restore equipment functionality
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to ensure reliable equipment performance, extend its service life, and minimize downtime
• Perform quality and safety checks after service and repair activities to ensure work meets applicable standards and requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers, providing technical support and accurately documenting maintenance, repairs, and inspections

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or professional education in a relevant technical field, or an equivalent combination of technical education and practical experience
• Relevant professional experience in a technical, maintenance, repair, or service environment
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical specifications and instructions related to equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Good knowledge of fault diagnosis, repair, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety procedures
• Good communication and ability for travel (150+ days)
