Join our After Sales and Service team and help drive the growth of PALFINGER Marine’s service and spare parts business. In this customer-focused role, you will develop commercial opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service solutions across the UK market. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for service, spare parts, and upgrade solutions within the assigned market
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the service lifecycle
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on service quotations, agreements, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate service and spare parts activities with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction
• Drive market growth by acquiring new customers, monitoring market developments, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong technical background, preferably within marine, offshore, or a related engineering environment
• Several years of experience in service sales, after-sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
