Team Lead Data Migration (f/m/d)

As Team Lead Data Migration, you are responsible for ensuring a successful and compliant migration of data within our ERP transformation program. You lead the data migration workstream, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high data quality throughout the entire migration lifecycle.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all data migration activities from planning through go-live, including defining the migration strategy, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and cutover plan
- Functionally lead and coordinate the Data Migration team and external partners, acting as the key contact for all Finance and Controlling master data migration topic
- Own the migration of Finance and Controlling master data, including General Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Activity Types, Allocation Structures, Tax Codes, Payment Terms, Bank Master Data, OKB9, and related FI/CO configurations.
- Ensure end-to-end data quality and governance through data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, synchronization, loading, lifecycle management, and compliance with corporate standards
- Collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, IT, and Project Management to manage dependencies and risks, support testing and go-live activities, and provide regular migration status reporting to stakeholders
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Finance & Controlling, with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and finance master data processes
- Proven experience in ERP implementations, SAP S/4HANA transformations, or large-scale data migration projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
