Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

The overall purpose of this job is to ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of production equipment within PALFINGER AG. This includes scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and upgrades to support the smooth operation of production processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company's operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Dealers, Customers, Finance, Logistics, and Service teams for order processing and execution.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, reports, and other sales-related documentation.
• Track customer enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments and provide regular updates to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate sales records, MIS, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with dealers and customers to resolve order and delivery-related queries.
• Support sales meetings, customer visits, exhibitions, and other business development activities.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer support, preferably in construction equipment, heavy engineering, automotive, or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel, ERP systems, order management, and sales documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
