Reach Beyond at PALFINGER as an Assembly Lead, based in Oklahoma City, OK, and play a key role in leading a team of assemblers on the shop floor while supporting smooth production flow through hands-on leadership and basic SAP transaction support. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will focus on achieving daily production targets, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting team success through coaching and problem-solving. This role combines production leadership, operational coordination, and continuous improvement to help deliver exceptional results for our customers. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct daily operations of the assembly team to meet production schedules, customer requirements, and quality expectations. 
  • Review BOM sign-offs, interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders, and resolve build issues to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Adjust work procedures, conduct line balancing, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Provide basic SAP support including order confirmations, material issue resolution, production order checks, and troubleshooting to keep production moving. 
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and 5S while collaborating with Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, and Warehousing to support operational success.

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment required.
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience in a production environment preferred.
  • Basic SAP knowledge in a manufacturing environment, including routine transactions and basic troubleshooting, preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, coach, and support a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
