Accounnts Receivable Specialist (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Specialist ( f/m/d) to join our SSC team. The role focuses on ensuring accurate payment allocation, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting the cash collection process. It requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocate incoming payments from bank statements to customer accounts daily and support up to 4 night shifts per month (until midnight) as required
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy
• Prepare and send dunning letters; follow up on overdue payment
• Generate aging reports and support month-end/year-end AR closing
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, disputes, and payment issues

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
• Strong command of English; excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Infor LN) and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
