As a Master Data Management Specialist within the Data & Analytics department—you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our enterprise data foundation. You will ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of our master data while enabling reliable insights and efficient business processes across the organization. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, develop, and optimize master data management systems with a focus on data governance and process standardization
- Define and maintain data standards and policies to ensure consistency and alignment across all business areas
- Monitor and improve data quality through routine audits, cleansing activities, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven processes and support system integrations (ERP/CRM)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, training, and user support to promote best practices in data management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, information management, data science, or related field, with a strong focus on data and processes
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data administration, master data management, or data governance, ideally with exposure to customer master data and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid understanding of data structures, dependencies, and flows
- Ability to translate business requirements into data concepts, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Structured, independent working style, technical affinity for data systems, and fluency in business English with good German skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53,241.02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
