Factory Mounting

In the Palfinger Mounting Competence Center (MCC) crane and vehicle become one unit. Over the past years, more than 800 complete crane and hook loader installations have been built on vehicles at the Lengau site. PALFINGER dealers and service partners all over the world profit from this expertise and from the MCC team's innovative ideas. The MCC provides a lot of stimulating input for optimizing the bodywork and its quality. After all, the interfaces between vehicle, loader crane and all mounted components are decisive factors when it comes to the optimum performance of the overall concept.

Due to the constantly increasing demand for complete vehicles and bodywork solutions from Palfinger, the MCC has been expanded by adding a further site at Solec Kujawski in Poland. In addition to the existing 13 assembly sites in Lengau, we will have a further 24 available to us as of 2020, as a result of which we will be able to increase our capacity of currently 150 installations per year to 500 per year. A few vehicles are already being built in Solec Kujawski this year, which is significantly relieving the strain on the current delivery situation both for us and our customers.
