The reason I chose Palfinger USA to build my 1st crane was the fact that they had 1) a great product built in North America 2) a world class facility. 3) engineers that can think outside the box and are capable of building you a 100% stable crane truck 4) employees willing to stand behind their product with unmatched service and courtesy. Cranes are big, expensive, complicated machines with lots of high tech parts. Things break sometimes (usually my own fault) and I've never had a problem getting service or parts within a day or two. Since then I've purchased 2 more cranes from Palfinger USA and each time it was a good experience. In a nutshell: 5 stars in every respect.

I have been to other crane builders and I can say Tiffin Palfleet has the largest and most capable shop of any of them. They are competent and reliable, when there are issues they have the techs and knowledge to fix it right the first time. Uptime is one of the most important things we need and they have the parts in stock for nearly every unit. Its hard to tell what someone really is with "social media persona" these days but they are still the best. Take a drive and see the shop for yourself.
