For our new production facility PALFINGER PROIZVODNJA DOO Niš, we are looking for high sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability person to serve as a role model

JOB TASKS:

• Plan and deliver practical training in metal technology.
• Take responsibility for the training center, apprenticeship program, and retraining activities.
• Teach manual metalworking skills, including measuring, marking out, filing, sawing, and the reading and interpretation of technical drawings and bills of materials.
• Provide instruction in materials science, manufacturing processes, surface treatment and tolerances, as well as the basics of pneumatics and hydraulics, where relevant to the occupational profile.
• Prepare and conduct practical, project-based, and production-oriented exercises and workpieces.
• Support trainees with learning difficulties through structured learning plans, practical sessions, and coaching.
• Document training progress through assessments, training records, and competency matrices.
• Prepare trainees for interim and final apprenticeship examinations.
• Organize internal training sessions on topics such as safety, quality, technical drawing, and measurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work instructions, and protective measures.
• Define and continuously improve training content in line with the training plan.
• Assess apprentice performance, including both technical and interpersonal competencies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher technical education
• Proficiency in English
• Computer knowledge and ability (MS Office)
• Several years of professional experience in production, metalworking, plant engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Very good understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, and measuring and testing equipment
• Knowledge of welding, CNC, and maintenance is considered an advantage
• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior staff or teams is desirable
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to serve as a role model
