Drive service excellence in the global cruise industry
At PALFINGER MARINE, we are shaping the future of lifting and handling solutions at sea. For our growing cruise segment, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys combining technical coordination with commercial impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, manage daily communications, and identify new business opportunities.
- Project & Service Coordination: Plan and schedule service work, ensure thorough handovers to execution teams, and coordinate technical support when needed.
- Sales & Documentation: Prepare service sales tender documents, raise accurate quotations, and update service-related documentation in ERP systems.
- Financial & Administrative Support: Collaborate with the accounts team to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payments.
- Market Engagement: Understand market positioning and client needs, attend client visits, trade shows, and industry events to enhance networking and business growth.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience managing client accounts or leading projects, with a track record of building strong relationships and delivering results.
- A background in marine engineering or a similar technical field is a plus—but not essential if you’re quick to learn and comfortable with technical concepts.
- Strong communication and organizational skills—you know how to keep things moving, align stakeholders.
- Confident using digital tools like CRM systems, Excel, and other business software to stay organized and data driven.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel when needed to meet clients and support service delivery on-site.
