Job Description

As part of the ongoing development of our global Spare Part Center, we are seeking a committed professional for the role of Product Manager Spare Parts in the EMEA region. In this position, you will manage spare parts across their entire product lifecycle—from introduction and pricing to phase out.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage spare parts across their lifecycle in the EMEA region
  • Maintain and update spare parts master data in SAP, ensuring accurate data, lifecycle control, and proper handling of changes and phase‑outs
  • Provide technical support for customer inquiries, including spare parts identification and consultation for a dedicated product line
  • Execute operational pricing for new spare parts and support strategic pricing activities
  • Analyze and prepare spare parts data and contribute to projects and process improvements related to product lines and data quality

Your qualifications

  • Technical or commercial education (HAK/HTL) in a technical, business, or related field, combined with several years of professional experience and a solid technical understanding
  • Strong IT user skills, particulary in MS Office and SAP
  • PALFINGER product knowledge (primarily forestry and recycling cranes) is an advantage
  • Proactive and self‑driven working style with high accuracy, commitment and flexibility
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
