Support Force Limit continuously monitors the forces transferred through the stabilizers and into the ground, ensuring safe working on any terrain, while the new lighting system of LED strips under the knuckle boom and working lights on the crane and fly jib significantly boost visibility. Precision Lifting Made Easy
Smart Control, our boom-tip control system, moves the crane tip vertically, horizontally, or diagonally using a single lever. The system automatically coordinates all boom movements in the background, reducing operator effort and training time. This enables faster, more precise load handling, improves safety, and makes complex lifting tasks easier — even in tight or demanding working conditions.
Leveling Assistant – Faster Crane Setup
Leveling Assistant levels the vehicle quickly and accurately during crane setup. With a single lever input, stabilizers move semi-automatically until optimal leveling is reached. This reduces setup time by up to 80%, improves stability, and ensures correct crane positioning for each job. Simple operation and precise leveling increase safety, efficiency, and operator comfort on every work site.
Memory Position – Faster Repeat Lifts
Memory Position stores up to four crane positions to be reached again easily semi-automatically. This simplifies repetitive lifting tasks and reduces manual adjustments. Precise positioning saves time, increases the number of lifts per day, and lowers the risk of damage to the crane or load. Operator workload is reduced, training time is shortened, and safety is improved during daily operation.
P-Fold – One-Lever Crane Setup
P-Fold automates crane folding and unfolding using a single control lever. The system coordinates all boom and fly jib movements. It can also manage the winch automatically. This significantly reduces setup and stowage time, prevents damage during folding, and guides operators safely through the process—making crane handling faster, simpler, and more reliable, even for less experienced users.
HPSC-Plus LOAD – Smarter Use of Power
HPSC-Plus LOAD adjusts crane performance based on the truck's load and vehicle's inclination. The system automatically calculates the optimal lifting limits whether the truck is empty, partially loaded, or fully loaded. This enables greater usable reach while maintaining full stability, without requiring any action from the operator, and ensures safe, efficient lifting in every loading condition.
RTC – Automatic Rope Tension Control
Rope Tension Control (RTC) automatically maintains correct rope tension during crane operation. The system prevents slack rope and sudden load shifts by adjusting the winch movement in real time. This protects the rope and winch, reduces wear, improves lifting safety, and ensures smoother, more controlled vertical load handling—especially during setup, folding, and complex lifting tasks.
SRC – Synchronized Rope Control
Synchronized Rope Control (SRC) automatically coordinates rope winch movement with boom motions. The rope is paid in or out at the correct speed as the crane moves, keeping the hook position stable. This reduces operator workload, prevents unwanted load movement, improves precision, and increases safety during lifting, lowering, and positioning—especially when working at height or long reach.
