Mounting Kit Solution

This easy-to-assemble kit is a time-saving and user-friendly solution that offers high flexibility. The mounting kit solution is available with various surface treatments, such as galvanization, along with both rigid and foldable underrun protection. The support tubes’ dimensions and geometry can be adapted during manufacturing. The kit is available for all common truck chassis, removing the need for time-consuming side plate drilling.

Design & mast

The FL range blends smart ideas with robust materials. Its innovative new mast and telescopic forks contribute to a low dead weight without compromising on strength. This smart design allows operators to unload both rows of cargo with ease from one side of the truck. The FLM 15 features plastic elements for visual appeal as well as steel for strength, combining sleek aesthetics with stability, safety, and durability.

Lighting & visibility

Bright LED lights provide 360° visibility for safe and efficient work in all conditions, while warning lights and optional additional lights ensure the forklift is visible to other road users. The redesigned lifting mast improves forward visibility, including an excellent view of both front wheels. In addition, rear lights and the rear work light (also certified as a reversing light) support safe reversing in low-light conditions.

Telescopic forks

The reach system with telescope forks ensures trouble-free unloading. The forks’ design offers extended reach at full lifting capacity, which enables operators to unload both rows of cargo from one side of the truck – without needing to switch sides.

Optional Features

Telescopic wheel arms

Unique to PALFINGER, telescopic wheel arms simplify the unloading process, providing more flexibility on the job. These wheel arms are retractable, allowing operators to maneuver closer to the truck and pick up loads from the second row with ease.

Ground Control system

This system enables the operator to mount and dismount from the truck-mounted forklift in a safe and convenient manner. The user-friendly control panel mounted on the side of the truck allows the operator to bring the truck to precisely the desired position and control key work functions.

LED Spot Blue warning device

The LED Spot Blue visual warning system is ideal for environments in which acoustic reverse alarms are either undesirable or not permitted, enhancing safety in low-light conditions.
