PALCODE offers quick access to all existing status and Error codes of all PALFINGER controls. These can be accessed in several languages (German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese).
Whether you and your PALFINGER product are in a remote offshore location or a no-reception zone, Palcode‘s offline capability ensures you‘re always supported.

PALFINGER is always state-of-the-art when it comes to products and product presentations. Thanks to modern augmented reality technology and 3D animations, products can be examined from all sides with a 360° view. Important information can also be accessed via a side menu in the form of short texts, images and videos.
The video function integrated in the app means that analogue media can be enriched with digital content. Wherever you see the XR symbol, simply scan the picture behind it with your smartphone. Extra information about the relevant topic will then be displayed in a video – all this is done directly and without your being redirected (e.g. to YouTube).
The PALFINGER XR app can be downloaded onto any common mobile device from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

In order to guarantee the fastest possible support, we are connected to our global service network via state of the art communication methods. Wherever a customer is, with PALFINGER Smart Eye Technology we are at their side.
Thanks to an audio-visual live stream, our know-how and expertise can be shared in real time. With the Smart Eye‘s camera, we can see exactly what is happening on site. Using the display we can directly assess the situation.
Through a direct connection via microphone, we are in contact
with the customer and can give suggestions and instructions at any time.
Independent from all weather conditions, we can use the Smart Eye camera to see what is happening on site. This enables quick and efficient assistance.
Smart Eye technology is available on two different devices. Customers can choose data glasses (Smart Eye Professional) or smartphone (Smart Eye Pocket).
