HPLS – On-demand extra power
High Power Lifting System (HPLS) increases lifting capacity by up to 15% when required by automatically boosting hydraulic pressure. Lifting speed is reduced at the same time to maintain control and precision. This allows heavier loads to be handled safely, improves lift-to-weight performance, and reduces stress on the crane structure—helping extend service life and protect long-term value.
Load Sensing Valves – Precise Control
Load sensing control valves allow multiple crane functions to be operated smoothly at the same time without interfering with each other. Precise oil flow control improves accuracy during delicate lifting tasks while reducing energy loss. Faster cycle times, smoother movements, and high efficiency increase productivity and provide consistent, reliable crane operation in demanding applications.
PALTRONIC – Smart Crane Control
PALTRONIC control electronics continuously monitor crane load, position, and stability in real time. Sensors send data to the system, which automatically activates safety, assistance, and performance functions when needed. This results in smoother movements, overload protection, improved stability, and easier operation—allowing the operator to focus fully on safe, precise load handling.
Radio Remote Control – Full Control
Radio remote control system operates the crane safely and efficiently from a distance. Operator commands are transmitted wirelessly delivering precise hydraulic movements. This enables clear visibility of the load, one-person operation, and allows work outside danger zones. Adjustable controls, speed settings, and built-in safety shutoffs improve comfort, accuracy, and overall job site safety.
Optional Features
HPSC – Smart Stability, More Reach
High Performance Stability Control (HPSC) continuously calculates crane stability based on the real position of the stabilizers. The system automatically adjusts the permitted working range for each setup situation, maximizing the lifting capacity even when space is limited. This improves safety, increases usable reach, and gives the operator clear, reliable guidance during crane operation.
