Unlimited Rotation for Full Flexibility
With continuous slewing the crane rotates without fixed end stops, providing an unrestricted working radius. Smooth, backlash-free rotation improves positioning accuracy and reduces cycle times, especially in tight spaces. Eliminating hard stops increases safety, reduces wear on components, and extends service life—enabling faster, more flexible, and more reliable crane operation in any direction.
High Speed Extension – Faster Cycles
High Speed Extension increases boom extension and retraction speed by up to 30% by reusing return oil within the hydraulic system. Faster movements reduce load cycle times and improve overall productivity. The crane completes more work in less time without compromising control or precision.
HPSC – Smart Stability, More Reach
High Performance Stability Control (HPSC) continuously calculates crane stability based on the real position of the stabilizers. The system automatically adjusts the permitted working range for each setup situation, maximizing the lifting capacity even when space is limited. This improves safety, increases usable reach, and gives the operator clear, reliable guidance during crane operation.
Low-Maintenance Extension System
Low-maintenance extension system eliminates the need for regular greasing by using self-lubricating synthetic sliding elements and corrosion-resistant coating. This keeps the boom clean, reduces service effort, and prevents lubricant contamination of loads or work areas. Smoother extension movements, lower maintenance costs, and longer service life improve overall efficiency and resale value.
PALTRONIC – Smart Crane Control
PALTRONIC control electronics continuously monitor crane load, position, and stability in real time. Sensors send data to the system, which automatically activates safety, assistance, and performance functions when needed. This results in smoother movements, overload protection, improved stability, and easier operation—allowing the operator to focus fully on safe, precise load handling.
POWER LINK PLUS – Maximum Flexibility
Power Link Plus reverse linkage system allowis the knuckle boom to tilt upward by up to 15° beyond horizontal. This increased flexibility supports safe and efficient lifting in confined spaces and around obstacles. At the same time, the crane folds compactly on the truck within legal height limits, delivering smooth movements, high precision, and reliable performance in demanding applications.
Radio Remote Control – Full Control
Radio remote control system operates the crane safely and efficiently from a distance. Operator commands are transmitted wirelessly delivering precise hydraulic movements. This enables clear visibility of the load, one-person operation, and allows work outside danger zones. Adjustable controls, speed settings, and built-in safety shutoffs improve comfort, accuracy, and overall job site safety.
Optional Features
AOS – Steady Loads, Safer Lifting
Active Oscillation Suppression (AOS) reduces boom vibrations and load swing during and after crane movements. Active oscillation countering brings the boom to a fast and controlled stop. This improves precision, protects the load and surroundings, and allows faster operation with greater confidence. Reduced stress on the crane structure also extends service life and improves long-term value.
Fly Jib – Extended Reach and Flexibility
Fly jib extends the crane’s working range for lifting at greater heights and distances. Additional reach enables access over obstacles, improved positioning in tight spaces, and more flexibility on complex job sites. Precise control and stable performance support efficient handling of loads that would otherwise be out of reach, expanding the crane’s usable applications.
Folding Assistant
Folding Assist guides the crane automatically to the correct slewing position for folding. This eliminates manual searching for the right position, reduces setup time, and prevents damage caused by incorrect folding. The result is faster stowage, less operator effort, and safer crane handling after each job.
Soft Stop – Smooth, Controlled Motion
Soft Stop gently slows crane movements before mechanical end positions are reached. This prevents sudden stops, reduces load swing, and protects the crane structure, load, and vehicle. Smoother motion improves precision, increases operator confidence, and allows faster, more accurate work while reducing wear and stress on key components during daily operation.
RTC – Automatic Rope Tension Control
Rope Tension Control (RTC) automatically maintains correct rope tension during crane operation. The system prevents slack rope and sudden load shifts by adjusting the winch movement in real time. This protects the rope and winch, reduces wear, improves lifting safety, and ensures smoother, more controlled vertical load handling—especially during setup, folding, and complex lifting tasks.
SRC – Synchronized Rope Movement
Synchronized Rope Control (SRC) automatically coordinates rope winch movement with boom motions. The rope is paid in or out at the correct speed as the crane moves, keeping the hook position stable. This reduces operator workload, prevents unwanted load movement, improves precision, and increases safety during lifting, lowering, and positioning—especially when working at height or long reach.
