Protected hydraulic routing

Epslink, Epscope, internal hose routing (HPI), and outstanding stability represent an ideal combination.

EPSLINK

Epslink is EPSILON’s patented link-rotator combination. It features an extraordinarily robust four-eye-cast link with internal hose routing – and combines with Epscope to provide a practical, professional solution.

EPSCOPE

Epscope is EPSILON’s patented extension boom system, available in both single and double telescope variants. The extension cylinder and hose equipment are mounted internally, which allows operators to work safely without the risk of mechanical damage to key components.

HPI

Our Hose Package Inside (HPI) design system provides optimal protection against external influences. It significantly reduces the risk of mechanical damage, such as when working in a dense, overgrown forest.

Flexible hoses connect the hydraulics to a slewing distributor, ensuring maximum performance with the highest possible flexibility.

The introduction of GENERATION 3 has already brought about numerous other improvements to the hose package, further cutting and compensating for wear caused by use and making maintenance as straightforward as possible.

Outriggers

The new GENERATION 3 is available with support widths of 3.9 to 5.4 meters. This ensures excellent stability during use, making it possible to utilize the crane’s maximum lifting capacity. The full-length outriggers are now even more robust than on previous models – delivering an extended service life as standard.

Central Greasing System

Grease volume reduced by up to 80%

Greasing has never been so easy

The Central Greasing System supplies all key systems, allowing the operator to focus on the task at hand. Automatic greasing eliminates the risk of lubrication points being overlooked, which significantly increases the service life of bronze bearings. The hoses and distributors in this optional feature are integrated into the crane’s structure to protect them against damage.

With automatic greasing, a central electric grease pump supplies the grease distribution system. It automatically inputs a defined quantity every 30 minutes to ensure smooth operation. This highly efficient system only uses grease where it is needed – meaning that, on average, 2 kg of grease is sufficient for one year of operation (based on 1,000 operating hours per year).

LED360

We offer the option of six floodlights – with an output of 3000 lumens each – mounted on the top seat for 360° illumination of the work area. This makes working in low-light conditions far more productive and much safer. These floodlights can also be switched on from the truck.

The LED360 system comprises six LED lights on the control stand and a further two LED lights on the knuckle boom, with an output of 3,000 lumen per light.

This provides 360° illumination of the work area for optimized visibility in low-light conditions and inclement weather. These durable, premium-quality LED lighting systems support safe access to the control stand and can be operated from the truck cabin.
