The durable lifting mechanism with one lifting and one tilting cylinder, combined with Q8 Heller T15 hydraulic oil, ensures stable and precise platform movements during lifting and lowering. All steel components are KTL-coated for optimal corrosion protection – ensuring long service life and reliable performance in daily operation.
The AluLite 30 aluminium platform combines high stability with low weight. Its slip-resistant standard surface with simple cross-milling (R10) ensures secure grip during loading and unloading. Standard equipment includes a 900 mm roll-stop, warning flags, a bridging plate, and an illuminated license plate holder – for safe and comfortable operation in everyday distribution transport.
The Remote Control BT enables tail lift operation via Bluetooth 5.0. Due to bidirectional communication, commands are transmitted and confirmed securely – ensuring convenient and safe operation around the vehicle.
MBB Control is the central control unit of the tail lift, connecting all key components for precise and responsive movement sequences. The processor-based control system enables individual software adjustments for various vehicle and application requirements. Integrated diagnostic functions support quick error analysis and ensure maximum reliability in daily operation.
