PAL Pro 20 is our newest lightweight mechanics body designed to accommodate service cranes up to 20,000 ft. lbs. of lifting capacity and engineered to fit a Class 3-5 chassis. Designed for on and off-road work, the PAL Pro 20 body, features structural reinforcements, 2-piece doors with C-channel stiffeners, automotive door bonding, 316 marine-grade stainless steel hinges, and an E-Coat paint process.

Designed For Crane Use
PAL Pro 20 features a 20,000 ft. lb. crane reinforcement for PALFINGER PSC 3216, 4016, and 4025 service cranes and is reinforced throughout to effectively manage crane forces, while preventing flexing and cracking.
Reinforced For Top Mounted Accessories
Unlike normal service bodies, PAL Pro 20 features reinforced compartment tops to prevent fatigue from top-mounted accessories. All raised compartments have structural gussets to prevent cracking, and accessory weldments are available to provide secure mounts for welders, compressors, and more.
Optimized for Increased Payload
PAL Pro 20 is designed to be the lightest steel crane body in the industry without sacrificing durability. The body can be mounted on a dual-wheel chassis with a GVWR as low as 10,001 lbs., providing excellent flexibility for various applications.
Ready for Top-Mounted Accessories
Threaded weldment options available from the factory make installing top-mounted accessories easy. Boom rest, welder, compressor, EnPak, Air-n-Arc and AirPak mounts eliminate the need to drill holes in the body.
Double Panel Doors Designed To Last
PAL Pro 20 features steel double panel doors that provide rigid performance with internal C-channel stiffeners adhered with structural adhesive. Every PAL Pro 20 comes standard with gas door shocks providing smooth opening and closing with excellent reliability.
Rugged Hinges and Latches
PALFINGER's full-length 316 marine grade stainless steel hinges are adjustable and removable, ensuring reliable performance and easy door replacement. The standard 3-point latching door handles help secure tools better than typical service body paddle latches.
Multiple Bumper Options
Step Bumpers: 10” or 17” tread plate step bumper with recess for receiver hitch and reinforcements for outriggers or drop-down stabilizers.
Work Bench Bumpers: 12", 20”, or 21" work bench bumpers provide a work surface and housing for outriggers. The 21" work bench bumper adds a thru-compartment and both the 12" and 21" feature grip strut steps.
Integrated Hitch Receivers
All PAL Pro 20 bumpers come standard with a 2" receiver tube hitch rated to 16,000 lbs towing capacity.
