Reach Beyond at PALFINGER as a Service Administrator and play a key role in supporting efficient service operations across our marine business. In this position, you will coordinate technician schedules, maintain accurate project and financial documentation, and help ensure timely invoicing and reporting. You will serve as an important liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers, helping to resolve issues and support successful project execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative, financial, and customer-focused responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resource calendars and technician schedules to support efficient project execution.
  • Review and reconcile expense reports, timesheets, service documentation, and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer project documentation, including change orders, ERP updates, accruals, invoicing, financial reporting, and project closeout activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding project inquiries, invoicing, collections, and issue resolution.
  • Track departmental KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Several years of administrative, service coordination, accounting, or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP-related software platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a team environment, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
