As Construction Manager (f/m/d), you will play a key role in driving construction and facility projects across different regions, ensuring the successful delivery of modern, efficient, and future-oriented workplaces aligned with our global standards.
YOUR RESPORNSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and renovation projects across different regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and guidelines.
- Drive project delivery with full responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality, and risk management throughout all project phases. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Construction Management.
- Collaborate closely with local project teams, business stakeholders, Global Construction Management, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and support building life cycle analysis and costing.
- Manage and coordinate external partners, including architects, engineering firms, consultants, and construction companies.
- Contribute to the continuous development and standardization of construction processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Facility Management, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in international construction or project management, ideally within industrial or commercial building environments.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and parallel project activities.
- Strong expertise in project controls, cost estimation and management, risk management, and international construction and safety standards. Working knowledge of building certification processes eg. LEED, BREEAM.
- Excellent English & German skills, strong intercultural competence, and willingness to travel 10-20%.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60 962,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
