Service Institutional Manager (m/f/d)

The overall purpose of this job is to ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of production equipment within PALFINGER AG. This includes scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and upgrades to support the smooth operation of production processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company's operations.

Your Responsibilities

• The Service Institutional Manager will be responsible for managing institutional and key customer relationships, driving service business, and ensuring high-quality after-sales support for PALFINGER products across India.
• The role will manage service relationships with institutional customers, government organizations, OEMs and key accounts.
• The position will coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown support, AMC/service contracts, service quotations and customer complaints.
• The role will also support service business development, improve customer satisfaction, coordinate with service teams and dealers, and ensure timely resolution of technical and service-related issues.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in after-sales service, service management or institutional customer management, preferably in cranes, heavy equipment, hydraulics, construction equipment or industrial machinery.
