Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

The overall purpose of this job is to ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of production equipment within PALFINGER AG. This includes scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and upgrades to support the smooth operation of production processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company's operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Support supplier quality activities, audits, supplier development, and performance improvement.
• Monitor welding, fabrication, dimensional, and NDT quality requirements.
• Support APQP, PPAP, NPD, and localization projects.
• Monitor quality KPIs, customer complaints, and supplier performance.
• Work closely with Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, Service, and Project teams to drive continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supplier quality/ fabrication/ heavy engineering.
• Experience in cranes, construction equipment, mining equipment or structural welding preferred.
