Logistics Specialist (f/m/d)

As a Logistics Specialist, you will ensure efficient production planning, inventory availability, and timely customer deliveries. You will manage planning parameters in SAP, coordinate production activities, monitor orders and shipments, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve material and production-related issues.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compliance with company policies, work discipline, health and safety regulations, and fire safety procedures
• Proper use and care of assigned equipment, as well as protection of the company’s property in all workplace and company-accessible areas
• Efficient allocation and prioritization of orders in line with available production capacities
• High-quality and timely completion of assigned tasks, while demonstrating responsibility and cooperation toward colleagues and other participants in the work process
• Loyalty, confidentiality, and discretion, including the protection of personal information and company or commercial secrets

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, combined with previous experience in logistics, production planning, or a comparable operational environment
• Practical SAP experience, including creating production orders, issuing materials, recording scrap, and updating disposition or planning data
• Good computer literacy and the ability to work accurately with ERP systems, production data, and relevant documentation
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements and the ability to consistently follow company procedures, work instructions, and applicable regulations
• Good German and/or English communication skills and the ability to support or lead working groups related to logistics, production planning, and process improvement
