Global Sales & Operations Planning Manager and Analyst (f/m/d)

You already have some years of experience in the field of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), so you can combine the best of both worlds. You enjoy working in an international group and you like to manage and master complex information making it available to Top Management in a simple way. Strategic work is a must for your daily work and is one of your absolute strengths.

Your Tasks

  • Support and management of the Global Sales and Operations Planning process and its evolution
  • Integration of the S&OP Process with Budget, Forecast and SEP
  • Active contribution to budget, forecast, SEP process through the volumes planned in the S&OP process
  • Creation and management of the official S&OP calendar and adherence
  • Analyzation, review and challenge of the sales plans and inventory levels as proposed by the Commercial organization, in order to make them adhere to the Strategic Company Target as well as the operations plans 
  • Assess together with Operations the requirement needs to fulfill requested production 
  • Identification of improvement areas within Sales and Operations 
  • Performance of data analysis in relation to forecast accuracy (Sales) and production reliability (Operations)
  • Support of data management for products phase-in and phase out

Your Qualification

  • Completed business management studies 
  • Several years of experience in an international environment
  • Analytical, value-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and structured working methods
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Readiness to travel
  • Excellent communication skills across departmental boundaries
  • Team player with assertiveness and courage for change
  • Own ideas, open mind set and holistic way of thinking

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 44.510,20. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
