To strengthen our team in Bergheim we are looking to hire a Global Network Development Project Manager (f/m/d).

Your Tasks

Strategic Development of the Palfinger Distributor and Partner Network
Support for the Regional ND Team to implement Global Network development strategies, programs, processes and tools to ensure the sustainable growth of Palfinger distribution network in the regions
Support the development of network coverage and business plans for all product lines incl. the Management of Distributor and Partner On/Off Boarding
Implementation and follow up of the Palfinger Distributor and Partner Standard Monitoring Program in the regions
Monitoring of Distributor Performance for Sales, Installation and Aftersales

Your Qualification

Field experience as a sales, aftersales or technical representative or Project Management skills in an international Business environment
Open character, excellent communication skills and high motivation to cooperate with all hierarchy levels of an international B to B organization
Ongoing personal learning and development approach, Hands on Mentality and high motivation to deliver results
Travel requirement: 20 % of working time
Structured, analytical business and decision approach on operational and strategic level
Excellent teamwork skills and self organisation

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 43.314,74 per year. We are willing to overpay significantly according to training and qualification.
