KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation of necessary technical customizations & development in the Microsoft D365CE CRM, MS Azure services & MS Power platforms environment
Collaboration with external service providers and acting as a technical interface between the PALFINGER process organization/departments and our external service providers
Monitoring of existing CRM interfaces (e.g., to SAP S/4HANA)
CRM Data Management: Data preparation, import, and cleansing
Incident Management (resolving 2nd/3rd level support requests)

KEY

REQUIREMENTS

Completed technical education or equivalent qualification in Customer Engagement field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft D365 CE
Strong technical expertise in managing various interfaces/connectors
Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, structured, independent, and conscientious work approach and strong team orientation, goal-oriented, and solution-focused
Excellent command of written and spoken English, German - will be a plus
