Efficient Dual Motor System

The Secondary Motor activates only for lifting—just 25% of the time. For all other functions, our smart control alternates motors to extend component life and keep electrical temperatures low. Enjoy faster lifts and longer-lasting performance.

Highlights

Standard H/D Pump and Motor Box

PALFINGER’s heavy-duty steel box enclosure comes standard with truck or trailer brackets and a corrosion-resistant aluminum lid. It houses dual pumps and up to three batteries, pre-wired and filled with multi-temp hydraulic fluid (-50°F to 150°F). Each unit includes a backup 3-button remote with a 20-ft cord for quick testing, service, or emergency use.

Smart Controls Ready for Telematics

PALFINGER’s advanced Control System features built-in diagnostics for quick voltage and system checks. It includes cycle counting, a resettable service counter, and CAN bus compatibility for fleet feedback. Housed in a rugged, hinged rubber enclosure, the PC board offers enhanced protection and visibility—ready for today’s telematics demands.

Bushings and Grease Zerks

PALFINGER’s PTV-BG liftgate features corrosion-protected hardened pins and grease-loading perforated bushings for extended service intervals.
