Features & Options
HPSC (Stability Control System)
The High Performance Stability Control (HPSC) is a fully proportional system for monitoring the stability of the crane vehicle. Sensors for proportional travel measurement in the outriggers allow completely variable outrigger positioning. In this way, the permissible, safe working range can be calculated for any support situation.
PALTRONIC 50/150
With the PALTRONIC 50 and PALTRONIC 150, PALFINGER offers the latest control electronics for the series production crane. The most important safety and comfort functions include:
• Overload cut-off
• Stability control (HPSC)
• High Power Lifting System (HPLS)
• Active Oscillation Suppression system (AOS)
• Dual Power System (DPS) plus in the fly jib insert
Cable Winch System

Fly-Jib System
A fly-jib system extends the working range of the crane and thereby increases the possible areas of application. The same crane can be used with or without the fly jib and can therefore be adapted for different applications. Applications with additional attachments (grabber, rotator) and/or cable winch are possible.
Leveling Assistant
Leveling assistant simplifies the stabilizing process overall by optimally leveling the vehicle. The process itself takes place through pulsating movements of the stabilizer cylinders. With just one lever movement on the remote control, optimal leveling is achieved by pulsating movements of the stabilizers.
Rope Tension Control
Any crane movements (e.g. folding and unfolding) that affect the rope length are automatically adjusted for the rope length to match and remain in tension.
Operator friendly and prevents rope damage
AOS Oscillation Suppression (EH/SH/TEC)
The patented PALFINGER "AOS" oscillation suppression system cancels out vibrations and blows that occur during crane operation. Any "post-oscillation" is prevented through rapid braking or load changes. The result is a decisive increase to safety in crane operation for employees, the load and building.
Synchronised Rope Control
Automatically maintains a constant distance between the pulley head and the hook block, increasing operator efficiency.
Load attached to the winch can be traversed at a specific angle or height, improving loading cycle time.
