Palfinger Marine Norway is strengthening its After Sales and Customer Service organization, and we are now looking for a proactive and technically minded Spares & Service Sales Engineer.In this role, you will focus on identifying opportunities within spare parts and service offerings, ensuring that our customers experience a seamless and value-adding sales process from A–Z.You will be an important link between our customers, internal teams, Product Experts, suppliers, and our global service network. Your ability to understand customer needs, suggest suitable solutions, and drive active sales will directly contribute to our Global Marine Customer Service performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of spare parts and service solutions through active follow-up of inquiries, quotations, and sales leads.
  • Identify and combine spares/service opportunities to create added value for customers and increase revenue.
  • Manage procurement, supplier negotiations, logistics coordination, and accurate booking/invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Experts and Service teams to define technical requirements and support customer solutions.
  • Maintain efficient communication with internal stakeholders and regional units to ensure smooth sales execution.

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong technical understanding supported by technical and/or commercial education.
  • Experience with sales processes, customer support, and supplier interaction.
  • Good IT skills; experience with ERP systems such as Axapta is an advantage.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to tasks and follow-ups.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to build strong global customer and supplier relationships.
