The MBB R 2000 LK is a reliable, simply folded retractable tail lift for trucks with low coupling. Its underfloor positioning allows for generous drawbar clearance. When operating without a trailer, the platform also serves as a underrun protection device.

Robust lifting mechanism for precise movement
The lifting mechanism with two lifting cylinders, two tilting cylinders and one moving cylinder ensures precise, smooth movements. The platform serves as underrun protection device. All steel components are KTL-coated as standard, providing optimal corrosion protection. An additional powder coating is available as an option, further increasing the durability and service life of the tail lift.
Aluminium platform for everyday use
The AluPlan aluminium platform for retractable tail lifts features a standard non-slip surface (R10) that ensures secure footing during loading and unloading. Warning lights and warning flags are included as standard, ensuring safe and comfortable operation in daily distribution work.
Comfortable operation as standard
The tail lift is equipped as standard with a control box. This robust and proven control unit features ergonomic control switches for safe and comfortable operation of the tail lift. It is mounted underneath the vehicle body, while a foldable cover reliably protects the switches from external influences.
Reliable control with MBB Control
MBB Control is the central control unit of the tail lift, connecting all key components for precise and responsive movement sequences. The processor-based control system enables individual software adjustments for various vehicle and application requirements. Integrated diagnostic functions support quick error analysis and ensure maximum reliability in daily operation.
Optional Features
Alternative steel/aluminium platform variant
In addition to the standard AluTop platform, an optional steel/aluminium platform is available. This combination unites high stability with proven functionality and is particularly suitable for applications with increased mechanical demands in daily operation.
Protective features for long-lasting platform durability
Additional protective bars for warning lights and foot switches reliably protect components from damage. These protective options enhance platform durability and reduce maintenance effort – even in demanding working environments.
Roll-stops for increased safety
Roll-stops are available in various versions. They prevent roll containers and other wheeled loads from unintentionally rolling off the platform during loading and unloading, thereby increasing safety and control in daily operation.
Flexible operating options
In addition to the control box, various control units are available – from foot switches to the Remote Control BT and wanderlead controls. This allows each tail lift to be perfectly adapted to its specific area of application.

Various software options are available for additional functions or specific application requirements. These allow customised control adjustments and can be tailored to customer-specific requirements and application profiles – ensuring greater comfort, efficiency and safety in daily operation.
Alternative hydraulic oils
Depending on the operating environment, different hydraulic oils can be selected. AeroShell Fluid ensures reliable performance at temperatures down to –40 °C, while the biodegradable bio oil offers an environmentally friendly option for everyday use.
