Our mobile service department provides complete field inspections and repairs with fully equipped service vehicles. Annual, bi-annual, or quarterly inspections can be catered to your preference. You decide the frequency, and we will handle the rest. Our customer service will contact you when your equipment is due for service and work out a schedule that fits your business. All records and a backup housed at Palfinger USA are provided to you. With the growing regulations on inspections and safety, we can help you stay in compliance with our scheduled maintenance services.

We also offer support with on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs when equipment needs to be fixed in the field or at your shop.

Our maintenance agreements are designed to help you comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding your equipment. Maintenance can be scheduled in-house and on the road based on your design schedule. The most common frequencies include annual, bi-annual, and quarterly inspections.

Trained technicians will come to your site and provide a hundred-plus point inspection consisting of hydraulics, electrical components, and system testing to ensure your equipment stays in peak performance. Upon completion, you will be presented with an estimate to complete any repairs needed that can be scheduled at Palfinger USA or in the field, depending on the severity of the repairs.

We'll reach out to you when your equipment is due for service based on the frequency of visits you have determined. In addition, we help you manage your fleet maintenance program by providing up-to-date records coupled with maintenance time management for your equipment.
