Program Leader Product Lines (m/f/d) Loader Cranes | Marine & Wind Cranes

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In this role, you are a member of the product line management team and are therefore largely responsible for the global success of the product line
• As a program leader, you are primarily responsible for achieving the agreed project goals (quality, cost and deadlines).
• To do this, you agree on global processes for cross-product line development projects in close cooperation with the CoE (Center of Excellence).
• In addition, you will conduct regular project reviews to ensure successful project implementation.
• The active management of product development and project risks in accordance with the Palfinger risk management process forms the core of the entire product life cycle for you.
• Finally, you plan, manage and control the product line development budget efficiently and comprehensively

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• Completed technical university degree (MA / BA) in industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
• At least 5 years of experience in leading product development projects in an international environment
• Experience in agile processes such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban in theory and practice
• Several years of experience in project and program management
• High customer and goal orientation, flexibility, enthusiasm and resilience
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 43.281,70. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
