Palfinger is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to suppor the Truck/Van-Mounted Aerial Platform product group here in Oklahoma City, OK. We are located at 341 NW 122nd Street, Oklahoma City, OK, 73114. This position reports to the VP of Sales. 


  • Develop full market analysis of product portfolio, identifying vertical market segments.

  • Determine total available market (TAM) & product available market (PAM) per product line.

  • Research and determine opportunities for product innovation and development.

  • Drive and execute all phases of business development life cycle.

  • Develop product expertise, understanding of value proposition and competitive positioning.

  • Develop and perform to sales goals with a focus on growing market share.

  • Provide sales reporting and forecasting.


  • 5-7 years business development experience in durable goods manufacturing.

  • Experience developing vertical market/customer segment growth strategies.

  • Experience and desire to execute full life cycle of sales process.

  • Strong desire to learn and provide a consultative approach to selling.

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to learn technical specifications.

  • A track record of sales leadership and accomplishment.

  • Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams.

  • Ability to forecast and report on sales pipeline.
