We are looking for a motivated specialist to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Cherven Bryag in the role of: HR Specialist with English (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Managing the entire hire-to-retire process, including recruitment, internal transfers, employee development, and offboarding, while supporting marketing activities related to these processes.
Conduct training for new employees and implement personnel development programs.
Preparing periodic reports, maintaining an up-to-date personnel database, and participating in HR-related projects.
Optimizing processes and fulfilling the role of a business partner for plant managers.
Taking responsibility for achieving the set KPIs of both the department and the plant.

Your Qualification

University degree in Economics, Law, or higher education in Human Resources, with experience in recruitment, administrative work, and personnel management systems.
1+ years of experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of Labour Law and proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent level of English (B2/C1).
A responsible, communicative, and team-oriented personality with strong organizational skills.development projects.
