As the Branch Manager for PALFINGER’s Trenton, NJ location, you’ll lead a small but high-impact manufacturing branch focused on spare parts, light liftgate assembly, and product modifications. You’ll own day-to-day operations while driving safety, quality, and compliance with corporate SOPs and performance standards. Reporting to the Director of Operations with close partnership across Sales, Supply Chain, and Safety, you’ll serve as the critical link between the branch and our corporate teams. Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily branch operations, including assembly, parts handling and sales, inventory control, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate SOPs, quality standards, regulatory safety requirements, and production targets.
- Hire, train, develop, and evaluate branch staff while fostering a positive, accountable, and safety‑focused work environment.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, material flow, packaging, and the timely shipment and receipt of parts and finished goods.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge to corporate teams, providing regular operational, safety, and performance reporting.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations leadership, preferably within a production or assembly environment.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices, SOP compliance, and regulatory expectations.
- Proven ability to operate independently and drive results in a remote branch setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
