PALFINGER Korea Service team visited Myeongji Resources Co. Ltd., which handles steel scrap and non-ferrous metals in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province and conducted a quality test of the magnet tools that our customers were using.
For customers handling steel scrap, small iron or large steel plates that are difficult to pick up from the ground can be lifted by installing magnet tool on the crane and then supplying electricity to the magnets.
In order to prevent the damage risk caused by interference during operation, our service team successfully replaced the existing cable drum. With the compact size of the new cable drum and enhanced durability of internal parts, it greatly improved the product life cycle and performance.
After detailed discussions with our customer our service engineer received a request to change the pedal position and the service team immediately addressed the customer’s requirement.
It is not always possible to bring PALFINGER products back into the workshop for servicing. Sometimes, it is not actually necessary either. Our service partners can respond quickly and flexibly, providing expert assistance directly on site.
