Evolution in the PALFINGER skiploader range
... when details make all the difference ...
PALFINGER has been designing and manufacturing skiploaders for over 45 years. Their technical expertise and experience has led them to develop the range to meet the changing expectations of their customers.
Particularly suited to dense waste collection, skiploaders are generally used in urban environments to transport rubble or other waste. Their design must therefore be adapted to this environment, where speed and flexibility are essential to access small spaces and avoid disrupting traffic. PALFINGER's ST skiploaders offer ample space between the telescopic arms to facilitate the handling of loads up to 18 tonnes. Flexible, intuitive controls allow the operator to work quickly and accurately with even the most awkwardly positioned containers.
If the general appearance seems similar to the previous version, it's because the changes are hidden in the details. The new range adapts perfectly to new applications and customer requirements, while maintaining its performance in terms of quality, speed and profitability.
Working at night? Silent mode is now available for safe, quiet operation in urban or night-time environments. Additional work lights are also available to maximise visibility.
Optimise fuel consumption? The CANbus truck communication system optimises engine speed to match fuel consumption to real needs and limit unnecessary expenditure.
Secure your load? New configuration options offer up to 9 locking points for increased security. Hydraulic locking in all directions can also be used to guide the container for easier loading. Finally, a new frictionless tarpaulin system holds the load in place, preventing it from flying off or spilling onto the road.
Intense days when concentration can be difficult? Operator comfort is essential for good focus and attention. The PALFINGER teams have made access to the platform easier with several types of ladder to suit everyone's needs. The new design of the front panel is ideal for gripping tools. All functions can be accessed intuitively and controlled from the outside, either via the radio remote control or the fixed external control.
Want to have all your information in one place, at your fingertips? No need to search through service manuals and other documents - all information on PALFINGER equipment can be easily accessed via the cloud at any time. Information on equipment, maintenance status, technical documentation and much more is always available anywhere with the "Connected" option.
The evolution of the PALFINGER skiploader range demonstrates the company's ongoing commitment to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction, while offering solutions tailored to a demanding environment. These subtle but essential improvements in detail demonstrate PALFINGER's ability to remain at the forefront of the industry. With features such as silent mode, optimised fuel consumption and enhanced safety, this new range redefines standards and promises to take performance to new heights.
