HR Manager (f/m/d)


Hinz Försäljnings AB is the successful dealer in sales and service of PALFINGER products on the Swedish market. Since January 2021 we are a part of the PALFINGER group and the new organizational Region EMEA Distribution. Thanks to our committed employees and our high-performance products, we are trendsetters on the demanding Nordic market. Since HR issues get increasing impact on the possibilities to be successful as a company, we expand our management-team.

This new function will support and develop our sales and service teams with about 100 employees located in several locations within Sweden and Denmark in all HR related issues. A wide spectrum of interesting and diverse HR tasks as well as a very helpful and dedicated team is waiting for you!

Your Tasks

You are responsible for and encouraged to further develop the HR landscape together with your local colleagues as well as with the HR EMEA Distribution-team: 

  • Deduced from the overall strategy of the EMEA Distribution, you and your stakeholders develop local HR strategies and ensure their implementation as well as supporting the integration process of this new company into the PALFINGER structure. 
  • You are also in charge of the classic HR agendas - from implementing and further developing the employee-lifecycle-processes, clarifying employment law issues to leading the payroll-accounting.  
  • Furthermore, you will implement group HR-initiatives, e g. employee surveys, PALfit-health-actions, leadership training. 
  • You act as an active coach and trainer within the organization, using cross-functional competence to develop the culture.
  • As part of the EMEA HR Team you will be involved in international projects. 
  • All this to strengthen our attractiveness as an employer for our existing as well as for future employees!

Your Qualification

As a communicative HR-personality, you have an outgoing and positive character and… 

  • have a substantiated business, legal or psychological education and have worked for at least 10 years, 5 of them within the HR sector 
  • have a passion for development and future issues, structuring processes and leading at eye level 
  • like to solve operational HR issues in an uncomplicated way together with your colleagues and bring along experience in leading and facilitation of meetings. 
  • manage to work with a high level of organizational complexity and have a strength-oriented mindset 
  • are eager to learn and willing to travel between the company’s locations within Sweden and Denmark regularly.
